The 4* Grand Hotel Union boasts a premier location in the very heart of Ljubljana, only a stone's throw from the Old Town.
The fine Art Nouveau building, constructed in 1905, has long been one of the most beautiful and el
egant hotels in the region. Refurbishment in 1998 was directed by the Slovene architect Dobrin, who followed the original plans and restored its Art Nouveau charm with decorative stuccoes and copies of etched glass window panes made by the world famous glazier Rehvald from Plzen. An array of shops and other entertainment options, in the historical city centre, are all within a walking distance.

The Executive part has a total of 194 rooms including: 74 singles, 67 twins, 30 doubles, 1 junior suite, 5 suites, 1 single room for handicapped, 16 apartments
Hotel rooms are renovated in modern stile. All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and have:

UNION BUSINESS
The Business part has a total of 133 rooms, including 61 singles, 42 twins, 23 doubles, 6 suites, 1 single room for handicapped. All rooms are very spacious (between 27 and 35sqm), have a balcony and a nice view to the old part of Ljubljana and the Alps.

Leisure facilities of the hotel include:

Culinary delights are served in the main hotel restaurant, at the elegant Smrekarjev Hram Restaurant, the Union cellar or alternatively in the quiet shady garden. The hotel also has an aperitif bar and a popular coffee shop.
In addition, there is a garage, an exchange office, a newspaper and souvenir shop, a fashion boutique, a jewellery shop and a hairdresser.
